It is not a huge building. At the beginning it had only capacity for one million kg of grapes, but nowadays we can elaborate at least four and a half million kilograms. Its facilities, technical and enologically updated, make it easy to control the temperature in any of the elaboration process steps.

Vinification process allows us to take the color out, thanks to programs designed to control not only the temperature but also the time of maceration from the very beginning of the elaboration process. This same quality control of the temperature is guaranteed all along the rest of the fermentation process thanks to our refrigerating systems that have the correct level of cooling capacity to obtain an extraordinary wine production. The winery laboratory is well equipped with everything necessary to make an analysis guaranteeing the quality and the food security of our wines.

The winery also has two filler equipments. On the one hand, we have a bottling plant that could produce 2000-2500 bottles/hour. On the other hand we have a “bag-in-box” filling machine. At the moment, these two equipments satisfy well the cooperative’s necessities.

We hope that the aging cellar, recently built, could early work to its full capacity.
